Instill and uphold the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, hard work, courage and respect.
Provide a developmental, fun, appropriately competitive and safe environment to enjoy the game and foster a love of softball.
Govern the league in a manner that puts the development of players as athletes and responsible citizens above all else.
Provide volunteers who are dedicated to creating a positive learning experience for all, with winning as a secondary priority.
Emphasize the rules of the game and good sportsmanship.
Promote teamwork and fair play.
Help all players improve their skills and reach their individual potential.
